The Fate of Our App
Due to COVID-19 and the severe quarantine in California, the production of our app has come to a halt. This does not mean that we don't have dreams for our app in the future though.
The Future of Our App
If our app were to be finalized, we would imagine it becoming a place where people can share their story with others who have experienced their same troubles. Aside from the mood therapy and questionnaires, something that helps people improve if they are in a bad situation is connecting with individuals who feel their pain.

The Importance of Connecting
Our goal for our app is to help people grow. To help people understand the problems they have and then to help them put an end to those problems. While therapy and self evaluations provide very good recovery methods, there is one important method that is key in helping people to not feel like they are alone. That is connecting. Sharing your experience with other people who have gone through the same things that you have. It can make people feel less alone and it can help people to gain the courage to explain their problems to others.
Connecting Through our App
To incorporate connecting in our app, we would add a social media component to it. Users would be able to share their stories publicly and other users could like, comment, or just read what people have to say. This could make people more comfortable with sharing their story and our goal would be to create a small community of users who can connect with other users who share a similar life story.
